A Balladeer is a Dutch band, originating from Amsterdam. It was formed by singer-songwriter Marinus de Goederen.
In 2002, the band won the 3FM BuZz Award and another award the following year at the final of the annual Dutch musical contest De Grote Prijs van Nederland (The Big Prize of the Netherlands). In 2004, A Balladeer opened up for international acts Saybia and Keane and released their first EP: 'Rumor Had It'. The EP featured 4 songs, including the critically acclaimed They've Shut Down Marks & Spencer, which resulted in considerable airplay in the Netherlands.

In 2001 the band Redivider lost keyboard player Diederik Nomden. The remaining members began what is now known as Alamo Race Track. They felt that Nomden's departure affected the band's sound, so they took on a new band name, Alamo Race Track. Under this name, David Corel, Guy Bours, Len Lucieer and Ralph Mulder started to record new demo tracks.
After supporting Daryll-Ann on a tour in early 2002, Excelsior Recordings signed the band. The following year the band played many high profile shows, resulting in good reviews from various Dutch magazines.

Again The Hague is supplier of a promising rock band. The young formation All Missing Pieces is formed by three brothers, named Camiel (16), Wristers (14) and Quinten (12). During september 2007 they launched their first self written single called 'I Want You To Know'.

In 2008 they also released their second single 'Busdriver' and their third, 'Push the Button'. Different media are paying attention to the band and labeled them as 'The Future Of Rock&Roll'. During august 2008 they where the openings band for the prestigious Beatstad festival in front of 40,000 people.

From an early age Boris his music is being to influenced by great soul heroes as Prince and Michael Jackson, but also his predecessor Otis Redding, Marvin Gaye and Donny Hathaway. In his still short short career, he has a worked together with famous international musicians. He wrote songs with singer Sandra St. Victor of The Family Stand, and sang duets with soul stars John Legend and Angie Stone. In 2005 Boris was nominated for an Edison Award for Best Singer. Two years later he won the Edison Jazzism Award.

Candy Dulfer is a Dutch smooth jazz alto saxophonist. She started to play saxophone at the age of six. She has had her own band, Funky Stuff, since she was fourteen. Her debut album Saxuality (1990) received a Grammy Award nomination. Over the years she released nine studio albums, two live albums, and one compilation album. She has performed and recorded songs with several other musicians, such as her father Hans Dulfer, Prince, Dave Stewart, René Froger, Van Morrison, and Maceo Parker. For the Dutch television series Candy meets... (2007), she interviewed musicians she worked with.
