Four years later, Niek became a member of the well known "Stadsjongenskoor uit Oldenzaal", a choir that sang for Pope Johannes Paulus the II and toured the Netherlands. Intensive classical and technical voice training followed.

Studio Star is a new event where people of all ages can create their personalised music DVD in an open ‘film studio’ on site. The head of the person is enlarged and projected on a dancing body with the use of a green (chromakey) background. People can choose which music and which background they want the DVD to be created with. A maximum of 3 people at the same time can be filmed. DVD’s can be given directly after the performance to the participants.
